Cancellation Policy

Wema Adventures — General Booking Policy Reservations & Payments A deposit is required to confirm all bookings. Full payment must be completed before the tour start date unless otherwise agreed in writing. Cancellation & Refund Policy * 30+ days before departure: 80% refund * 15–29 days before departure: 50% refund * 7–14 days before departure: 25% refund * Less than 7 days before service: No refund Deposits may be non-refundable due to advance reservations for accommodations, safari vehicles, and tour logistics. Guests may request trip rescheduling or tour credit based on availability and approval. Travel Documents Guests are responsible for valid passports, visas, travel insurance, and any required vaccination documentation before travel. Health & Fitness Cycling and safari activities may involve physical activity and varying terrain. Guests should ensure they are medically fit to participate. Farm tours are not challenging, but involve walking from one point to another inside the farm. Liability Wema Adventures is not responsible for loss, theft, injury, delays, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control during the tour experience. Accommodation & Transport PLEASE NOTE: Package Price Does Not Include International or Domestic Airfare. Tour schedules, accommodations, and routes may change due to operational, weather, or safety considerations. Respect & Conduct Guests are expected to respect local cultures, wildlife, guides, staff, and fellow travelers throughout the experience.
